I've been a US Bank customer for over 20 years, but have recently pulled all of my funds from them and moved to a different bank. \r

A recent incident has pushed my patience with regards to complete lack of customer service. Not only did the Customer Service Manager (Karen H.) not follow through with what she said she was going to do, she compiled the problem by actually lying about something she said she did - but actually didn't. \r

Beyond all of this, their overall practices are a bit on the shady side, exploiting small situations for their own profitability, and undermining their clients.\r

I even raised my concerns to the division director whos help was marginal at best. \r

Avoid.
