I found this beautiful soft, tan leather coat in the Clearance rack that was too good to leave. It unfortunately had a big pen mark on the collar. I packed and shipped my jacket from Boston to Detroit and Ram worked miracles! The pen stain was removed and the leather feel and color was in perfect condition. Great customer service and followup to. Would highly recommend.
