I've had several stylists in the past who don't listen to want I want and have their own idea of 'what looks best' for me. Jenn listens! And she's honest. If I come in with a picture of Jennifer Aniston and my hair is more like Whoopi Goldberg, Jenn doesn't pretend that I'm going to walk out feeling or looking like Jennifer Aniston!! Instead, we discuss and decide together... And I always leave looking and feeling more like Halle Berry! Who could ask for more?!?
