I'm a rower and was training for the San Diego Crew Classic. One day I got out of the boat and literally could not stand up. I was stuck at the waste and was walking bent over. I tried all the traditional things: ice, massage, chiropractic, PT but nothing worked. I couldn't walk, let alone row.\r

The culprit was my Psoas...I didn't even know I had one. After 4 treatments from Dr. DeRoch and team I was back in the boat and a week later racing in sunny San Diego. They had adressed the acute phase.\r

I'm on the mend and am working with them to prevent the problem from happening again.\r
