STAY AWAY FROM SUPERIOR! They had me sign release forms without giving me an idea of what I would be charged (literally had to sign it on the stretcher my husband would be transported on which to me is under duress), then sent us to collections before we received our first statement, and charged us more than 3 times what 2 other companies had charged us. It was so high, even insurance won't cover it and Superior can't explain why they are so much higher. When we contacted them to discuss, the only answer the inept and uneducated ""customer service"" agent could give us, ""you signed the form"". We went through almost $2M in medical expenses, this company has been our biggest form of heartache and grief. There are others out there that are very good, if you have the chance to check before being transported, please do!!!
