It seems to me that all the negative reviews must be "planted" as our experience with York was pleasant and professional. We bought 2 bedroom sets and crib with help from the owner. She spent a lot of time helping us to make the right choices. Happy with the quality of the furniture, pricing and delivery. Furniture was a special order but the delivery time was reasonable. Delivery men were pleasant and professional. One of the bed slats was broken and replaced within a week without complaint or extra charge. I would purchase from York in the future and happy to recommend them to friends.
