I called them when trying to find a new set of HP cooling fans for my ZD8000 (2004 model). They were honest and straight up that they ""could"" sell me a new fan step up from HP but they suggested that I try one of their COMPETITORS!!! for a better price. The time and $$ involved on that laptop isn't worth it.They even went on that i would be better off getting a new one on sale at best buy or order online. When the day comes that I need some other repairs I'll check these guys out for sure!! Any company that will openly suggest that their competition is better suited for an application means that they take their own work seriously and with integrity!!
