Horrible. Scheduled an all over highlight and left the salon with only a partial and my roots still showing. Went back to get fixed and left the salon the second time still with roots. Left a complaint through the website and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was never contacted. Salon is very expensive, so I paid all this money for a HORRIBLE highlight and then had to go to a totally different salon 3 weeks later to fix the mess and pay all over again. Really bad business practice, but they already had my money so what did they care. They have to pay for that new salon somehow, and fixing people?s hair or giving money back isn?t going to help with that. more
