Although I am sorry I had an accident,working with Purnell Body was a pleasant experience. The staff was thorough, professional, and considerate. They answered my questions and it was apparent that they are knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to go back but will recommend them to anyone who may need a body shop. I liked being able to see pictures and know what stage the repair was in.
