What a moron... My mom, who does not speak English well, tried to get refund for $20 scale she bought less than a hour ago. A sane person can easily tell that broken part cannot be caused by an accident and yet he insisted otherwise. Since I was working, I've asked to speak to him over the phone but he refused... AND HE CALLED POLICE? I've hurried and went to the store and demand for explanation... and he called the police again. As previous reviewer described, this person showed temper for no freaking reason and no freaking respect for senior citizen. I've called 311 and filed a complain. WHAT a MORON!
