I went to In Phase looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The staff was pretentious and rude. I had to hang the dress on a coat rack because the salesperson could not be bothered in coming in to get it. Her co-workers just stood there and didn't offer to help when she was on the phone. My daughter wanted a particular designer, and they told her they had knock-offs. I don't know if they thought that I couldn't afford to shop there because I was in sweats or if they are always that condescending. Either way, I bought a dress elsewhere. I paid a lot more for my daughter's dress at another shop; I paid for the designer dress she wanted and the service we deserve. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
