I cannot say anything negative about Presidential Pools, honestly, because they were there for everything. Seriously, I'm a very detailed person, and I would give them a 6 if I could. They have excellent customer service. If I have any questions, they're just a phone call away.
I looked at several pool companies, and I was a little nervous about going with Presidential Pools at first, but it was the best decision my husband and I could have made. Not only are they there for the build, but they're there after the fact too.
