This apartment complex looks ok from the outside but don't be fooled. There is a notice on my door at least 5 times a month that the water is going to turned off for the better part of the day. None of the appliances are up to date. One day someone was replacing carpet in an empty upstairs apartment and tossed a roll out the door and almost hit my boyfriend. Today I wound termites in the wall in my sons room and when I talked to my neighbor about it they said it was a known issue. The stairway up to their apartment had to be replaced because of termites. I'm worried one of them is going to fall through my ceiling. Worst complex ever!
