Claims to have walk-in appointments but have never been able to secure one over the phone. Always at least one day wait. Once at the office, wait time is long: at least 30 minutes. Seeing different practitioners each time at different locations (they have 3 offices) leaves you feeling shuffled about. The staff is nice enough and knowledgeable during the visits but I've not seen the same two people, doctors or nurses, twice. It would be nice to feel like someone took time to get to know your child, especially when practitioners don't read case history/chart prior to entering the room and have no idea what occurred at the last visit...
