The people in there are polite but clueless about anything except sales. I purchased a new phone and when it wasn't working out, I spent over two hours in their with 3 employees trying to get a refund. The problem wasn't getting the refund, it was getting them to figure out their computer system (again this is an electronics store) to get the correct price I paid. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra 10 bucks or so and go to the cell phone stores close by. Avoid this place like to plague.
