Horrible, horrible, horrible service, if you can even call it that. Run the other direction and do not work with Urban Audio Design. They will take your money and not return your calls. I'm out over $1,000 and I have been trying to get them to complete my job for 4 months. Find a reputable audio/video installation service. Do not use these guys!!
