I initially joined this gym because they offer month to month memberships whereas most gyms require a one year contract. After being a loyal member for almost a year, I started grad school and I decided to just go to the gym on campus. I specifically told a staff member to cancel my membership. Well to my surprise, they kept on billing me for the next two months.
I can see why some people don't believe us. It is a fairly nice gym. To all the people who don't believe us, wait till you try to cancel your membership. They don't try to screw you over until AFTER you've left.
