Went in for a pink harness and leash for my cat and found the ones I liked. But, being the dork I am, I had no clue on how to use the thing (as far as placing it correctly on my cat). I didn't get the cashier's name but her # is 419471 and she was fantastic. She patiently explained the process to me and then reversed it so that I could see it from the cat's point of view as well as mine. Totally cool! Thanks so much!
