Today, 4/13/210 I called their office from my cell phone while I was traveling. A gentleman answered the phone and asked how he could help. I asked him if I could get a cost for a single piece of stainless roughly 2'x2'. He advised me that a more accurate dimension would be need as the cost reflected the exact size.
I told him I understood his point and asked him to figure the size to be 24.5x 24.5
As I was just about to speak.....the call was ""dropped"" by my cell carrier. I waited for a minute to call him back, and then noticed that my cell had just received a call and there was a message waiting. I listened to the message and it was the same person who I just spoke with. He said..."" I hope that, that dis-connect was un- intentional ( then paused) and then said "" You azzhole"".
And then hung up.
You tell me that this company is professional? I would never recommend anyone to this business.
I am a local contractor, and needed a price. This small piece of stainless could have led them to some size able work in the future...NEVER WILL THAT
HAPPEN!!
FYI. I am assuming that this person was of some importance as the voice on their answering machine matches the person I spoke with.
