The most recent and last straw for me was I was concerned about a spot on my shoulder. I still couldn't get an appointment for three weeks. Unfortunately, I hit more traffic than expected and was exactly 10 minutes late. Dr. Fitzgerald refused to see me because she only allows 15 minutes per patient. Even when I requested to skip the body check and just look at the spot on my shoulder, I was told NO. I can't go back there; I was so disappointed by the lack of care/concern from these medical ""professionals.""
