The Blaine PD has undercover task force and decoy people working this park because IT IS GOING ON HERE, The city council, OSHA, the MN Health Department, Department of Public Works and several others are now fining the park, the current water break has evacuated more than 600,000,000 million gallons of water and that's just from this one active water break, not to mention the other two breaks that aren't even fixed yet. 25.5 hours without water is against the law, What if your house would have caught fire? With no water it would have burned to the ground. The violations of this park have caught the attention of the media, the Attorney Generals office and several other higher up legal annals. You will be getting notification from APAC about an upcoming meeting regarding the new association being formed and I strongly suggest you attend to become aware of all the infractions being brought by the Park.
