I did construction work for Brett Cooper on his expansion. I worked hard and put in a lot of time and effort. Brett still owes me $1,400 for services rendered and still has not paid me. He keeps blowing me off. During the time I was doing the job, he bounced two separate checks on me. He was forced to move out of this space b/c he owed months in back rent. He owes another contractor who I arranged to do some work for him as well. He treated many of his employees this way as well. I wish I would have known earlier. Be careful you don't get burned too.
