So...I was tricked by the pretty photos in their office too. All of my other wedding vendors were amazing. We contacted Alan (the photographer, aka ""the excuse-maker"") several times about receiving my photos to no avail. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after more than half a year went by...guess what happens if the other party does not respond to the claim made against them? IT GETS DROPPED. And guess who did not respond to the claim? Ron Carroll Photography. I had to scare them by getting $500 taken back from them from my credit card company by disputing the charge since I didn't get what I paid for...only to have RCP to get the charge reversed because I didn't complain within 60 days...how does one know to complain when Alan tells you 'they're on my desk, I'll send them right away""? I HATE my wedding photos (which I did finally get, thrown in a box with a BROKEN wedding album a year and three months after my wedding). I HATE this company. I had to FIGHT to get what I paid for. I had to threaten. DO NOT USE THEM. Alan makes excuses for things and says that Ron Carroll is basically old and going off his rocker. If Alan is the future of the company...that company will go under REAL fast. JERKS. I tried to give 0 stars but the computer made me put at least one. ZERO STARS!!!
