Spa covers plus is very knowledgeable about their products. I called customer service because I had some questions. They answered all of my questions. They even asked several questions to make sure I was getting the right model of spa cover., for my needs. My cover arrived yesterday and I LOVE it. Beautiful cover. I ordered mine with the walnut color. It looks just like leather. Now my spa is the centerpiece of my deck.
