Craig was excellent! I have never worked with a salesperson as friendly and genuinely nice as he was. The whole process was low-pressure and I was allowed to really speak and tell him exactly what I was looking for - and he listened! Craig followed through on everything from providing a loaner vehicle, to keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle.
All of the employees, from the salespeople, the managers, all the way through to be friendly and inviting. Working with Craig on the purchase and Scott on the """"extras"""" was a pleasure and I ended up with a vehicle that I am thrilled to drive! Our finance person, Kathy, was excellent, friendly and efficient and helped make the purchase process even better.
