My girlfriend suggested I go to Spavia for some ""weekend warrior"" relief. Getting back into softball in early spring is a killer. Massage really help ease the pain and loosen me up. Spavia is convenient and a comfortable place for a guy to go. No nail polish or hair spray type stuff here. I'll definitely go back.
