I've been dealing with them for 13 years. I've let tons just roll off the back, everything from high prices to their staff passing their personal opinion off as fact in regards to firearms and calibers. I've hit my limit, it's time for me to join a member range and be done with them.
Their staff repeatedly talked to my wife like she was a moron for asking about various pistol calibers. She's familiar with guns and know a bit but is interested in learning more. Rather than helping, they made her feel stupid and unwelcome.
Last Saturday they threatened to kick me out because I wasn't certain of the barrel length of my rifle. After arguing with them for 10 minutes just to figure out what exactly I was being kicked out for, I had them measure the barrel. It was legal, they didn't apologize but said ""We'll allow you to stay.""
As if shooting is a vital service one needs.
