On of the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with.
I received a call from my tennant. The heat was not working and I called Concord H&A. A repairman went by and diagnosed the issue as computer board for the heating unit and gave my renter an estimate. Because of the cost, I got a second estimate. The second found the problem to only be a motor and I used the company that actually found the problem.
Concord H&A called my renter, got the actual problem and then sent me a bill for their quote listing in the diagnosis of the other company instead of their own. No work done other than providing an inflated and wrong quote. And they aggressively collected that fee. DISHONEST!
