We have rented vacation rental homes on a longer term (4 mos) basis for the last 2 years through Barbara McLain Properties. Linda Ahn is the rep that helps us and she has consistently represented the company with great enthusiasm. We have many criteria for Linda to contend with, including a 70lb dog and privacy and space needs, and proximity to the beach within our price range. Linda has done a fantastic job for us each year. She is quick to respond to any questions we might have both before and after we arrive. And is happy to work with us via phone or email depending on our needs at any given time. We make arrangements with her from out of state and Linda takes over making our transition here easy. We appreciate her immensely. And we like that the office is conveniently located. Linda Ahn is a serious asset to Barbara McLain Properties.
