Our experience with Floor Crafters was great. We went into their store and talked to the owner. We were interested in a certain sample that was called Character Mark Ash, but it was hard to tell what a full floor would look like. The owner actually gave us directions to go to his own house to check out that style. I was very impressed with that and to be honest, seeing his floors is what sold me on it, so I was very appreciative that he had offered that up to us. Seeing it in person makes such a difference.
The installers came and got the floor in just fine. There were a few issues with the floor itself, like there were a couple of pimples they needed to come back to sand down for us and there was a streak they came back to fix. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction.
Sherri was very helpful through that process. It was not a problem at all and the workers were very friendly and didn't give us any grief about the few issues with our floor.
Floor Crafters was so easy to work with, I would definitely use them again. Everyone there was so nice and informative. They were able to work around my schedule and were very accommodating. We really appreciated everything they did for us. This was an easy and positive experience.
