I have never been treated so rudely by a business. Half the time you call any one of the three locations, no one picks up or you get a busy tone. One of the employees hung up on me when I asked him when they would be able to fulfill my gift certificate for a massage, yelling to "stop harrassing me!" and "leave me alone". The owner has lied to me several times. Go somewhere else- there are tons of other tanning salons in the area.
