We made the mistake of putting Jack Lalanne juicer gunk in the garbage disposal. That and everything else that grows in there caused a hose to blow off downstairs, filling our laundry room with water. Not realizing that the hose was critical to washing machine function (we're relatively new homeowners), my wife tried to use the machine and flooded the laundry room again.\r

We called Roto-Rooter, and Amanda was very friendly on the phone, even offering a diagnosis, and said they would come out that night. They called later and apologized and said they would take care of us first thing the next day, which they did, and gave us a 15% discount for being late. Everything is fixed and works wonderfully and we now know not to put juicer gunk in the garbage disposal! \r
