Last night our air conditioner broke. We were sweating all night. I called Precision Heating & Air this morning (Friday). I expected them to tell me that they could not service our air conditioner until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised! The gentleman I talked to was friendly and helpful.
Nick Uzer was at our house by lunch time. He got right to work. He found the problem quickly. We discussed what needed fixed and the cost and he was done in under an hour. He was polite and answered all my questions. Nick wanted to make sure I understood what was wrong with the air conditioner, what needed fixed and he gave me some extra information about the unit as well. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We will definitely use Precision Heating & Air whenever we need help with our heating and cooling systems!
