They came out to work on my water heater. They gave me pricing for several options, and didn't try to "pressure" me into any of them, which I appreciated. I ended up getting a tankless. Their pricing was pretty decent, but when you figure in their warranty, it actually was quite excellent - nobody else was willing to warranty both the parts and the service like they do. While the tech was there he looked at couple other things for me, and gave me pricing, which was nice - now I can budget for them. He did the work on the tankless and left everything in great shape - he even wore shoe covers when coming in and out of the house. Looking forward to using them again on other projects - I feel like I can trust them to do what they say, and not oversell me on anything.
