Katy is absolutely the BEST technician! She was polite, so knowledgeable, and efficient. She welcomed my husband's observation of her work and even located a couple parts problems with the heater (which is still under warranty) so she ordered them and then did the installation. Katy is the best example of Anderson professionalism!
