04mar11 So today I had went and sold an old broken necklace to another shop wich was a great experience. They didnt have the silver i was looking for though. I went to the Coin Cottage for the first time. I was looking to spend the cash from the gold I had sold back into metals. While looking the owner aproached me, my 2 friends and 1 friend's son. He had a survailence photo and said that it was me! The photo was birds eye view, hood on with 5% of the face showing. By the way my two friends were asian maybe that was the suspicion in the first place? Seems extremely paranoid, if you want the police after for nonsense I guess thats ok. I gave hime my ID and phone number, showed him my veteran card. He sacnned them and of course the police never called because it was a BS accusation. But not what I was expecting going to buy by some damn silver, what a joke. I will never go there again. The prices are not even good compared to the rest and obviously he missed the customer service class, If you dont have one or the other....PS (coin cottage) I see you write your own reviews considering I have been there and see that those are all fake. You have my address and number If you Dont like what I have to say. Calling a 2 time purple hearted vet that just got back from afghan so you can pedal metal freely a crook is not good for bussiness.
