At the beginning ENT was a good CU to be with. Next thing I know they are losing records of communication on top of other issues which were HUGE. Customer service began to suck after we got our first car loan through them. NEVER again will we use them and as soon as possible we will refinance through another bank/CU, we've already switched out our checkings and savings.
