I rented a 10X20 storage space which had a severe leak. Enough to balloon the insulation layer in the ceiling with water. When I approached the staff with the issue, they appeared concerned, but then referred me back to the contract which stated they were not responsible for ""acts of God"" - since when is faulty maintenance is an act of God? Go down the road to American Mini-Storage - WAY BETTER PEOPLE!
