My wife and I bought a Rainier from Appollo several years ago at the fair. This thing has been the worst investment of our life. Since day one we have had issues with this. The technician constantly was telling me to make them replace the tub because it was obviously a lemon. The heater has gone out on this tub almost every 6-9 months. The chemicals are impossible to keep right. The ozonator has been disconnected after the 3rd time they replaced it and it messed up again. They always make the appointments almost impossible to commit to. \r
We paid over $10,000 for this hot tub hoping that it would be $$=quality and customer support, we were so wrong. Just now today as I am getting ready to leave town for a week I went out to check the chemicals and make sure my house sitter would be able to enjoy the hot tub, guess what?
