I only wish I would have read these before I plunked down $1700.00 on bed room furniture in January the 5th and it took till March the 2nd after 3 previous trys to get the pieces to match and not be broken and still today I have broken furniture and my husband is just to disgusted to even keep the fight going we got beat and we learned our lesson.My faith in companies is now very leary. I am married 32 years sent 3 kids through private school and colege only to put ourselves on the back burner now when we can do for our selves this would have been my first bedroom set in all those years and was it worth the wait no it was not Bob you should read some of these letters and see just how people feel about you and your staff. I love how when you are on hold the voice of bob xomes on and asks you to browse his furniture on line does he not get that we are calling customer service because we are angry? To be on hold for up to 45 min at a time means only there are so many other people calling
