I just picked up vehicle 2009 Honda Accord from DA LES the workmanship looks great. One of my major concerns was that the color they used would not be an exact match to the color of my car but it matches perfectly. \r

Customer Service, was excellent from the receptionst (Lisa) she is very helpful. Then having the estimator (Mike) taking his time explaining to me the process of the repairs. Upon dropping off Hertz was there to pick me within minutes.\r
The whole drop off took about 20 to 30 minutes, really fast and organized. The lobby waiting area has a flat screen tv i was watching. \r
One thing I noticed is that they asked me how often I would like to be updated and by phone or email. I was updated on time and even was sent pictures of my vehicle in the process of getting fixed. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicloe I was always kept in the loop.\r
My experience at DaLes was an AWESOME one and if i ever need to I will surely come back to DaLes Body Shop.
