What an unpleasant experience! (...and we did not even board our animals there!) We stopped by for a quick tour and was begrudgingly "greeted" by the owner. After reacting to our request like we were disrupting her day, she took us 10 feet down a hallway, pointed at the row of kennels and acted defensive to every question we asked. We should not have entertained her unprofessional attitude any further, but we asked to see the kennels down the hall. She rolled her eyes, gave us a disgusted look and gave us a quick look at the run. They wreaked of urine and the dogs looked like they were in prison. She then walked us back to the entrance. We asked for pricing and activities for the dogs and she disgustedly pointed to a brochure and said "its all in the brochure", so we could do the research ourselves. Way to sell a service!
