poor customer service . long wait times with less than professional help. customer since november of 2010 and have been to the store 13 times with equipment problems and it the end of march 2011 (5 months ). There policy is to try and fix the phone 4 times before replacing. samsung epic manditory update destroyed my phones OS and a replacement phone is up to 5 days away. no offer for overnight shipping to get my business phone up and running. no loner phone no help what so ever in a pinch. wouldnt recomend . more
