Dr. Ann Bynum was my twin daughters dentist for several years. My daughters are both Mentally Handicapped and are on a Medicaid Waiver that covered the cost for all dental services. I scheduled an appointment for one of my daughters yearly exam and went to the scheduled appointment and was refused services. I am very thankful that my handicapped daughter was unaware that she was being refused services. Very disappointed in the way we were treated!
