Chris from Howe Audio & Video really helped me out. Pretty much he held my hand and walked me through the process and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. His product knowledge is phenomenal and the customer service really just falls into place. I've probably spent thousands of dollars on my system, and it's well worth it. He even picked up the phone and called me a couple of weeks later just to make sure I was still happy. And I was!
