Golden State Home Inspections just did a home inspection for the new home we are getting ready to purchase. I wasn't on site when they did the inspection, but they did a wonderful job.
Because I wasn't able to be there, they emailed me the report, which was very convenient. It was a very detailed, clear report that was easy for me to understand.
