I'm a shy girl who was looking to learn some self-defense while getting into great shape as well. I tried out different MMA places, but I felt no where near as comfortable and welcomed as I did at OC Jiu Jitsu. The instructors are very knowledgeable, unintimidating, helpful and they're really just enthusiastic and great at what they do. I was scared coming in, but now I'm glad I came to them because they really helped me learn practical martial arts skills in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
