I and my wife have been coming to Stones River Med. for 15 years,when making an appointment on March 31 2011 I was told that I owed $ 12.00 and it needed to be paid before I could set up an appointment,when I called back to try and get someone else I was put on hold for a long time to where I felt it was done so I would hang up and call some one else,I like Dr. Mark but there seems to be some real issues in the office area, it is a shame that we will have to start going some where else because of a simple $ 12.00 dollar bill even though my insurance is billed alot of money every time,i am sure it is always enough to more than cover a $ 12.00 dollar bill,what happen to helping people
