Refco is a property management company run by thieves. Be warned, you WILL end up in court if you want your security deposit returned to you. Even after the attorney general got involved these creeps are trying to keep my money. The apartment I rented was mice infested, the electrical wiring was substandard, and had the laziest super on the planet. He NEVER picks up his phone!!! You will regret renting from Refco.
