This is the WORST company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Several times they suspended service for weeks claiming non-payment when I had proof they cashed my check. They NEVER answer the phone. After several neighbors and I cancelled, Donna started calling and harassing me, calling my home and cell phone numerous times in one evening. I started recording her comments which where so unbelievable they were laughable, called me a big fat loser, and threatening to get in my bank accounts and take all my money, and that she was going to take me to magistrate court and have me arrested for being in possesion of stolen property (their trash can which she refuses to come and pick up)! I had my attorney send a cease and desist letter so legal action will be taken if she continues.
